We have been able to develop an exclusive cleaning procedure to ensure that all of our portable toilets are thoroughly cleaned, prepared and sanitised to the highest standard after every hire. Challenger Site Services LLP is registered with the Environment Agency and our legal consent with United Utilities ensures we comply with a 'duty of care' for the disposal of waste.
Our operational tasks often include undertaking multiple tests on our stored water. Tests are periodically carried out, both internally and externally by a competent contractor. They include tests for Legionella, Coliform, E.coli and TACC (General Bacteria). We have a strict water quality control policy and use chlorine dioxide tablets to treat water to ensure it is correctly cleaned and disinfected.
We have recently conducted our annual health and safety audit, updating and auditing all policies, procedures and guidelines to ensure legislative compliance. We are in the process of maintaining our current nationally-recognised accreditations, and are applying for even more in order to demonstrate our industry-leading levels of health and safety compliance.
